The effect of miscarriage on a women's psychological health

This bachelor thesis explores the psychological and social effect of a miscarriage on women's mental health. The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex overview of the physiological impact of miscarriages on women and investigate various factors, which may influence their experience. This research paper is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, the description, etiology, symptoms, most common types, diagnostics and treatment of miscarriage are provided. Additionally, the discussion of treatment includes descriptions of instrument and medicament based methods for removal of the remains of a fetus, their course of action and possible risks. Furthermore, in the theoretical part the empotions women go through and their impact on social background. In the empirical part a detailed description of the quantitative research is presented. The research was completed using a questionnaire distributed among women, who experienced a miscarriage. The questionnaire was distributed online using social networks. The results indicate women's emotionally experience grief, fear, guilt and may influence the psychological well-being of every woman. The role of an educational counselor at a primary school from the point of view primary school pupils

The diploma thesis is focused on the role of an educational counselor in elementary school from the perspective of elementary school students. The theoretical part of the work is oriented to the system of consulting services in the Czech Republic, legislative anchoring and insight into the history of consulting services. For the coherence of the text, cooperation with a pedagogical- psychological consultancy, a special pedagogical center and an educational care center is also mentioned in the theoretical part. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the role of an educational advisor. Prerequisites and qualification requirements for the performance of the work of an educational consultant are described here, followed by the ethical principles of the work and, last but not least, the activities of an educational consultant, which are reflected in the practical part. The practical part is based on the theoretical part. It focuses on elementary school students. Quantitative research was chosen for the practical part of the thesis. Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in counseling services for the hearing impaired

This diploma thesis maps the issue of counseling services for the hearing impaired during the covid-19 pandemic. It uses a dual view of this situation, both from the point of view of people with hearing impairments and from the point of view of the staff of these counseling facilities, thus achieving a comprehensive view of the issue. To achieve the set research goals, a qualitative method of research survey using the technique of semi-structured interviews was chosen. The research survey was attended by 6 informants with hearing impairments and 3 employees from various counseling facilities, who had to deal with this extraordinary situation. In conclusion, it can be stated that the counseling facilities are coping with this unusual situation quite well.

Inclusion of children with combined disabilities

This thesis is focused on inclusion of children with combined disabilities to the nursery school. The theoretical part describes children with combined disabilities, their special needs and possibilities of consulting service. The analytical part investigates the possibilities and qualities of inclusion from the parent's point of view and their opinion on it. It's aim is to find out how the inclusion is going on, where the parents can find some help and support and also what are the advanages and disadvantages of the inclusion.

Final thesis deals with the role and status of guidance services in educational process in elementary school, the role of managers in the implementation and coordination of counselling services at school and their contribution to managing the work of management schools. This work deals with the theoretical explanation of the conceptual plans of the school advisory services, consulting service models in primary schools and finally focuses on the goals and activities of school counselling work and his contribution to the educational work of schools. Attention is paid to the integration of the school counselling department management in the conceptual work of the school guidance staff teamwork and cooperation with other school teachers. This work is based on literature and the information it obtained from the probes and knowledge and experience of the author, the results can be applied to control the activities of managers.

Corporate family friendly policy from the perspective of employers

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of family-friendly company policies in the Czech Republic. The text introduces individual measures, taking which can employer help to manage working and family life of his employees. The thesis aims at providing the reader with the development of the concept of family-friendly company policy before and after 1989 and anchoring it in the legislative system of the Czech Republic. The part containing research analyzes on the basis of a case study opinions and attitudes of employers themselves. Based on the analysis, the thesis reaches a conclusion that the employers are interested in family-friendly company policy because they find the employees' satisfaction in the workplace important; nevertheless they perceive the support from the state as insufficient.
